Pizza Party Hire® offers Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza catering with Classic & Gourmet Wood-Fired Pizza. We also have our mouth-watering innovative Wood-Fired Roasts, Spit Roasts & Wood-Fired Prime Roast Rolls! Think of us as the perfect pizza party at home catering service.
Pizza Party Hire® can cater for all occasions including: Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties, Anniversaries, Weddings, Family Gatherings (or Friends), Workplace (Bosses Shouts, Social Club or Christmas Functions), Community Markets or Fetes, School Events or Sports Days, Corporate Functions, Local Fundraisers, Sporting Events and Music Festivals.
Pizza Party Hire® can operate on Total Fire Ban Days – we have our 13/14 permit!

WOOD FIRED ROASTS
Capturing the essence of the traditional Wood-Fired Spit Roast, we cook our meats onsite at your location infusing the aromas of the natural red gum wood smoke into your meal, in either our
Wood Fired Oven or Wood Smoked Roaster
This style of cooking is both healthy and full of flavour, offering a selection of prime cuts (Beef, Lamb, Pork)freshly seasoned with local herbs, studded garlic, or authentic seasonings.

Our 9″ Pizza Bases are carefully crafted and par baked, so your wood fired pizzas
are ready to eat in just two to three minutes.
All our ingredients are free of artificial flavours and colours and have no added preservatives

Classic Package 1 **
$ 575.00 Attendance Fee for a maximum of 2 hours
Includes 30 pizzas
Thereafter $13.25 Per Pizza
Gourmet Pizzas available on request (must be pre-booked)
Gourmet Pizzas at an additional $3.75 each
Includes 1 x Pizza Chef/Server
Serving staff available @ $30 per hour
** Not available during December
Classic Package 2
$ 835.00 Attendance Fee for a maximum of 2 hours
Includes 50 pizzas
Thereafter, $13.25 Per Pizza and an hourly rate of $75 per hour
Gourmet Pizzas available on request (must be pre-booked)
Gourmet Pizzas at an additional $3.75 each
Includes 1 x Pizza Chef and 1 x Server
Additional serving staff available @ $30 per hour
Classic Package 3
$1400.00 Attendance Fee for a maximum of 3 hours
Includes 100 pizzas
Thereafter, $11.75 Per Pizza and an hourly rate of $75 per hour

Includes 1 x Pizza Chef and 1 x Server

Pizzas consumption calculation: If pizza is the only food provided, base your quantity on
one to one and a half pizzas per person. If other food is available, I.E. nibbles prior and
desserts after, base your quantity on three-quarters to one pizza per person.

Public Holidays (including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve) POA
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Deposit of 25% is required upon acceptance and for confirmation of booking
- Events that are required to run beyond 11pm will incur a surcharge
- An event is refundable up to 14 days prior to the function
- An event booked on a Public Holiday, Christmas Eve or New Years Eve is refundable
- up to 30 days prior to the function
- Any event that is booked within 14 days prior to the function, a 50% deposit is required
- Any event that is booked within 7 days prior to the function, must be paid in full
- Travel to locations outside 40kms from Operation Base (Point Cook) POA will incur a travel fee
- Remaining balance and additional costs due on the day of the event
- We require a flat parking space of a minimum 4mtr x 4mtr
- If the event or function is to be held on a council owned park, then you need to obtain into the park to have the mobile within your ‘designated’ area.
- A copy of the approval must be provided to us in writing.
- permission to access the grounds from the local council. This will allow us to drive our vehicle
- Total Fire Ban Days: We have a current summer season 2013/2014 CFA & MFB Fire Permit.
- This permit covers us throughout the State of Victoria.
