Pizza Consumption Calculation:

If pizza is the only food provided, base your quantity on one to one and a half pizzas per person.
If other food is available, I.E. nibbles prior and desserts after, base your quantity on three-quarters to one pizza per person.

Prices are Exclusive of GST
Prices are based on our 9’’ Base Pizzas
Additional Packages are available in 10 pizza increments
Napkins and biodegradable plates are included with service at no extra cost
Prices are based on pizza toppings are from our Classic Pizza range – Gourmet Pizza toppings are additional
Travel is applicable to all bookings outside 30kms from Operation Base
Time extensions are available on the day, dependent on our availability
Public Holidays (including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve) POA

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Deposit of 25% is required upon acceptance and for confirmation of booking
• All prices quoted are GST Exclusive
• All prices are current from 14th November 2023 and valid until 30th June 2024
• We accept EFT, Visa, MasterCard, American Express (credit cards incur a 2% surcharge) or Cash
• Events that are required to run beyond 11pm will incur a surcharge
• All Public Holidays incur a surcharge
• Any event that is booked within 14 days prior to the function, a 50% deposit is required
• Any event that is booked within 7 days prior to the function, must be paid in full
• An event is refundable for the full value of your paid deposit up to 30 days prior to function date and 50% of your paid deposit up to 14 days prior to the function (January-November bookings only).
• Travel to locations outside 30kms from Operation Base (Point Cook) will incur a travel fee (fuel and labour costs)
• Minimum numbers apply for all of our “additional menu items”
• Remaining balance and additional costs due on the day of the event
• Final balance can be paid by cash or credit card
• We require a flat parking space of a minimum 3mtr x 5mtr
• If the event or function is to be held on a council owned park, then you need to obtain permission to access the grounds from the local council.
• This will allow us to drive our vehicle into the park to have the trailer unit within your ‘designated’ area.
• A copy of the approval must be provided to us in writing.
• Total Fire Ban Days: We have a current summer season 2023/2024 FRV & CFA Total Fire Ban Permits.
• All Fire Permits are null and void on a Catastrophic Fire Rating Day during the Fire Restriction Period
• These permits cover us throughout the State of Victoria.
• KPI increase on all quotes beyond the current calendar year apply.
